Day in the Life

 I like to do a Day in the Life post every few months and the last time I did one was in March, so I thought it was time to do it again. I documented my day on Friday.

I was not going into the office and Q didn't have camp until 9:00 so I did not set alarm, but I was awake before 7:00 anyway. 

Q got his own waffles out and put them in the toaster. 

I got the coffee ready.

And started some laundry.

We did some reading before camp.

After Q was dropped off, I sat down to work outside with my breakfast and coffee. 

Dave and I went for a walk at lunch to do some errands.

Then I ate some leftovers and read some of my book. 

I decided to work inside for the rest of the day.

Phone call with my nice headphones.

Dave was trimming a few of our trees so I helped with that for a few minutes. 

Fit in a workout - Christina Aguilera playlist with Tunde.

Then I picked up Q from camp.

We were hosting happy hour with our neighbours.  Happy "hour" turned into happy evening, where we eventually consolidated some burgers, ordered a couple of pizzas, and make sure everyone was fed.  It was such a good time we plan to do it for the rest of the summer, rotating to everyone's house.
