Dave and I were without kids this week so we got up to a few fun things. First was a Blue Jays game on Monday night.
First we hung out in The Catch Bar by the visitors' bullpen. Fun to see the pitcher warming up.
Our seats were 4 rows up from the visitors' dugout.
Bonus our friends were at the same game, and we ended up on the same subway car home, so nice to visit with them.
I golfed on Tuesday night and saw a couple of young deer on the course.
They ran across the #8 green but did not repair their marks!
We went out for supper on Thursday night in the Junction. We weren't overly impressed with our meals and felt we could have done better, but it was still nice to be able to sit outside.
We have booked ourselves up with fall activities for the kids - tutoring, indoor soccer, off-season baseball, swimming, guitar, and probably more! I saw a meme this week (that I forgot to save) that said something along the lines of someday we won't have the chaos in our lives that comes with having young kids and it will break our hearts, so I will embrace it while we have it.

Wow, deer on the golf course!! Sounds like a fun and sunny week, shame about the meal out. It's disappointing when you go out and you know you could have cooked something better at home. But it looks like a nice place with outdoor seating. Yes, embrace all the madness that comes with having young kids. It goes way too fast!!
