Monday - Quesadilla Casserole

Tuesday - Baked Chicken and Rice

Wednesday - Noodles with Peanut Sauce

Thursday - Burges and Fries

Friday and Saturday - Dave and I are out so we will order something for the kids.

What I'm reminiscing about...

 I read an article about Robert Munsch's book "Love You Forever" which I cannot read without crying so we don't read it here, although we own it. That along with some stuff on my Instagram about when you picked up your kids for the last time and didn't know it has me thinking about my sweet boys when they were little.  I can still pick up Q, but not E.

What I'm loving...

All the Wicked For Good stuff.  I know people have mixed reviews but I love it.  I always find it funny that some people have no idea that this movie is out (or that it is even is a movie), like what is on their internet?

What we've been up to...

Figuring out what to buy for Christmas presents. I like to give gifts but can find it difficult to get "enough" for everyone, you know?  

What I'm working on...

Christmas cards. It appears Canada Post strike has settled for now, so I'll get our cards in the mail and hope for the best. 

What I'm excited about...

I love the year end wrap up stuff that comes along in December. I am always curious what my Spotify Wrapped will look, and then I do my own posts of books I've read, our past year in photos, and some of my favourite things from the year.  You can see 2024's posts here: Favourites and Photos.

What I'm watching/reading...

We just finished The Diplomat and now have a few other shows queued up.  We also like to watch The Office as a family.

I finally got a new library book to read and I'm back on the subway to go to the office so I'll be reading again soon. 

What I'm listening to...

The Wicked For Good soundtrack.  I wasn't familiar with the songs before seeing the movies, but they are catchy.  I even like the two new songs they wrote for the second movie. 

What I'm wearing...

I bought a new pair of pants for work and church. I got them in white for the summer and they are comfy so I got the same ones in black.  I also took advantage of a Black Friday deal to get some new sweatpants. Now I need to find some jeans. 

What I'm doing this weekend...

Two Christmas parties, celebrating the first Sunday of Advent with communion at church, and starting to get the Christmas decorations out. 

What I'm looking forward to next month...

All of the Christmas things! 

What else is new...

We are booking our March Break ski trip.  We decided to go to Meribel France in the Trois Vallees ski region. We have an Airbnb booked, now just need to do flights (Black Friday deals possibly Air Canada?!). I am following the town of Meribel on Instagram and it looks so charming and snowy!
