Today is Remembrance Day, a favourite day of mine. I have always enjoyed attending and/or watching the ceremonies, and I like war history. I've posted about Remembrance Day in years past here and here.
I went to Homesense this week and managed to avoid buying a bunch of new Christmas decorations, but I couldn't resist this pillow! The rest of our decorations will be out shortly.
Q and I went for a walk by the Humber River this week and I snapped this photo; I love the fall colours, I can't get enough!
Our coffee maker broke earlier this week and since a house without coffee is inconceivable to me, we immediately picked out a new one and I went to Home Outfitters to buy it within hours of the other one breaking. A bonus was that I had a gift card and our new machine was basically free!
I got this coat from Simons and I'm looking forward to wearing it as the weather finally seems to be cooling down.
