Linking up with Andrea for Show and Tell Tuesday.
Kitchen window. Last year I had little fir trees there too, I still may buy some before our party on Saturday. They stayed all winter and I decorated them for Valentine's Day too.
I hung just the snowflakes from the chandelier last year, but I picked up these stars at Crate & Barrel and though I'd add them here for some extra sparkle.
Our snowman is back again this year. He is made of just Styrofoam with cloth over him. He is not sturdy enough to play with, as E found out when he pulled his arm out. All fixed though.
Some festive mats and towels in the kitchen. You can also see E's decorations of pipe cleaners on the drawer handles.
My favourite, the sparkly tree from Target.
Woodland creature garland between the dining room and living room.
Top of the piano
These deer and candleholders are from Oleander on Bloor West.
The kids shelf with Santa and snowmen. They can all be played with.
Our full tree from Plant World.
Tree skirt from Pottery Barn Kids
Close up of some of our favourite ornaments from our travels.
This is from Anthropologie in New York City.
Adirondack Chair from Lake Placid
Peruvian Llama (or Alpaca, I can never remember the difference)
30 Rockefeller Plaza in NYC
Castanets from Barcelona
Gondola driver from Venice
E's favourite, Dusty Crophopper
My favourites are the birds at the top. Including our owl that we got this year. Based on the displays at Plant World when we got our tree, owls are all the go this year.
Mantle, nothing too new here except for the bird on the end.
This guy! He's from Home Sense
This year we have a table behind the couch, a place for more decorations.
Not too many decorations back here, just lots of cozy blankets for movie watching.
