Thankful

This weekend is Thanksgiving so it is time to give thanks:

I am thankful that one of the biggest problem in our country right now (knock on wood) is that the government wants to charge more tax to small business owners.  I understand that is a big deal for many people, but in the grand scheme of things it is a manageable problem.

I am thankful that even though people can get sick and pass away, that their families don't have to go bankrupt to pay for the health care in this country.

I am thankful that we can drop off our children at day care and school and feel safe about leaving them there.

I am thankful for access to whatever food I want to buy and I am thankful for clean water that flows from my faucet in multiple rooms of my house.

I am thankful that there are people in the world who run to help others even if that means they put themselves at risk.

I am thankful for my belief in God that provides me with comfort and hope on a daily basis.

And the most obvious ones but no less important, I am thankful for Dave, E, Q, our families, our friends, our health, our home, the dear memories we have, and the love we share.
