Show and Tell Tuesday

Linking up with Andrea for the last Show and Tell Tuesday of the year.

Today we are sharing a Christmas tradition or recipe.  

I did a Christmas Q and A last week.  You can read that post here.  I talked about some favourite memories and some favourite traditions including what we like to do on Christmas Eve and Christmas morning.  

As for favourite holiday recipes, I love making shrimp butter and oat cakes.  You could make this all year round as an appetizer for a party (or just for yourself!) but it is synonymous with Christmas for me.  I also love making sugar cookies.  The secret ingredient is cardamom and it gives them an extra special holiday flavour.  I shared these recipes here (with a bonus recipe for vegetable curry dip).
