I have more of a sweet tooth than I like to let on, but my preference is chocolate or baked goods rather than candy. After I eat a meal I usually feel like having something sweet, it doesn't have to be something big, but just a little bite of something. When we don't have any cookies, then my go to is a handful of chocolate chips.
When we do have cookies or squares in the house, I have little willpower. I will grab one to go with my coffee in the morning (but certainly not if E is around, cookies for breakfast are forbidden!) or throughout the afternoon. Even when I am working, I have been known to grab a couple on the way out the door to eat in the car. As I write this, I just had a piece of this cookie bar and I plan on going back for another one in a minute.
I always put butter on my toast, bread, buns, muffins, etc. I don't mind if the butter is hard because that means I just get to put more on.
I always eat cookie dough (except when I was pregnant) and I know I eat too much.
I am one of those people that put salt on my food, even if I haven't tasted it yet. That's not the case for everything but things like steak, pasta, potatoes, and rice.
When I am hungry and there isn't much to snack on, I will usually grab a piece of bread with butter or a toasted cheese sandwich (not a grilled cheese, just two pieces of toast, with butter, of course, and made into a cheese sandwich). Give me all the carbs and cheese.
When we order pizza, I will eat two or three pieces sitting down at the table, but will often grab another piece from the box and eat it standing up. I love pizza, see above comment.
Okay, I think that's it! I love food and I will not apologize.
