On the weekend, we had our Christmas Party and I just recapped that so I missed sharing a few other photos.
On Friday night we went to a Christmas symphony at the church. It had students from the local arts high school and people from the community. It was really nice to hear live festive music.
My mom went back home on Sunday but came to church with us first.
This Christmas season seems even more crazy than it's ever been. I don't know if it's because we have been out of practice for the past two years or if this is just a very busy time of our lives, but it seems unusually hectic. And I know the email from the school is coming today!
We went to Dave's work party on Tuesday night at Piano, Piano. The food was so delicious!
I went out for a run this week and it was nice to be out. Around this time of year it's easy to say you'll adopt better habits in the new year, but there's no time like the present!
On Wednesday I took E out to the mall to do some shopping and we ate at Joey. Nice to spend some one on one time.

What a fun week with a little one on one time! I'm struggling to get out and get active now that the cold weather and ice and snow have set in. BUT I have noticed that once I force myself to get out there it's usually not as bad as I first feared it would be.
ReplyDeleteI totally agree that this year Christmas seems more hectic than usual. We were just saying that at work the other day after the children's concert. And we all came to the same conclusion that it's because we haven't done concerts or end of year activities for two years. E is a very good photographer, the photo he took of you is great! Thanks so much for the lovely Christmas card you sent me. I got mine on Thursday😊
