I decided I would show you some of my favourite gifts that I received for Christmas. This was the first year in a long time where I did not send around a list to my family members. I just didn't know what I wanted and I honestly didn't need much. I still ended up getting a lot of nice gifts, these are only a few of them.
Dave got me a new driver. It is very pretty and these pictures don't do it justice. It is my favourite colour of mint green and it has a white shaft. I am excited to use it in the Spring.
I like birds (as decorations, not in person, most of them frighten me). My mom saw these felt birds at a craft fair before Christmas and I told her I would like some. Much to Dave's dismay, they did not get put away with the Christmas decorations and they will be a year round addition to our home.
We have had the same tent for years, it is getting tired. Dave's parents gave us money to get a new tent and they put it in this paper tent they made with some very good details. It will be fun to pick out a new one.

I got this Kate Spade mug from a friend who saw it and immediately thought of me - Kate Spade, coffee, green - you know me Megan!
Santa got the three of us these mugs in our stockings. I believe he stopped by the Drake General Store to pick them up. Mine is the green one, of course.
My mom did a good job of picking out this sweater for me. It has leather sleeves so my immediate thought is that it was too stylish for me, but I think it will be just fine and I am wearing it for casual Friday today
This is another gift from my mom and it has turned out to be another favourite. It has a pumpkin spice scent and it makes our entire bathroom smell delicious, which is important when your four year old boy doesn't always hit the bowl.
We were all very spoiled for Christmas again this year!
What a clever idea for the tent! Like that bonfire and of course, the case of Keith's.ReplyDelete
Just stopping by from the LinkUp! All the heart eyes for that Kate Spade Mug! SO adorable!ReplyDelete
