Looking at my phone. I'm always checking Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook (in that order) and then the weather, and then my email, and then I remember to check on something else, or add to my list of things to do, or what Peloton workout I should do next. And I have that problem of not being able to watch a show or movie without checking the cast to see where I have seen them before.
Leaving laundry in the dryer and then the basket. I at least don't leave them in the washing machine but I have a hard time getting them folded and put away.
Picking at the skin on my fingers. This is a gross one, but you asked! I used to bite my nails as a child and I don't do that anymore, but I tend to pick at the skin around my nails.
Not stretching. I will occasionally do a stretch workout but I don't make it a regular practice. I really should be stretching everyday and certainly after a workout.
Being influenced to go out for lunch/dinner and/or get a drink. I may have brought my lunch to work, but if someone says 'let's grab lunch', I will go without hesitation. If we are out for lunch and someone says, 'do you want to get a drink?' I will never let someone drink alone. The same goes if Dave asks if I want chips and a drink in the evening, I'm easily swayed.
I'm sure I'll think of more as I read through everyone else's posts. And I'm sure my husband could add to this list! :)
