On today's link up, we are sharing our skin care/make up routine. I posted about this last year here and really not much as changed. Also I have not put on a stitch of make up since March and I am not very consistent about looking after my skin. Since I'm not wearing makeup, then I don't always wash my face consistently, but I did shower a lot during the summer so my face was getting washed.
I use whatever bar of soap we have in the bathroom for washing my face, it's not fancy. I have two different products that I use periodically. One is Dr. Brandt's microdermabrasion that I try to use at least once a week. It helps to smooth out my skin. The other is Kiehl's cranberry mask, again, something I try to use once a week. It brightens my face and makes it feel nice. I'm not sure either of them make a big difference, but they feel luxurious.
I got this jade roller for my birthday in June. I'll use that along with my Kiehl's Ultra Facial Creme , that I use after the Boscia Rosewater Mist and eye cream. I happen to have a tube of eye cream from Beauty Counter that I got in a gift basket, but I usually just use something from Sephora.
One of my goals for this year was to get my skin checked out by a dermatologist to see what other things I could be doing, without being extreme, but then Covid happened so there were no derm appointments. Maybe I'll try again next year :)
Okay I am so intrigued by these rollers now... I am going to have to look them up. Thanks for linking up! :)ReplyDelete
Okay I keep reading/hearing about those jade rollers everywhere and haven't really given them a chance yet. I think it might be time! Thanks for linking up today :)ReplyDelete

I know what you mean; I had a few health/wellness type things on my list of things I wanted to do this year and I'm hoping maybe I can get them scheduled for next year.ReplyDelete
I want to go to a dermatologist too but I'm going to wait LOL. Love my jade roller but hardly ever do it!!ReplyDelete
