Happy New Year! I love seeing the calendar turn over to a new year.
We did not go to any parties this year, we were tired out from the rest of our holiday season. What we did was exactly where I wanted to be - a meal with my family, a couple of games, snuggling time with Q in bed, and a movie with Dave and E. We did make it to midnight but being able to get into bed as soon as the clock struck 12 was, again, exactly where I wanted to be!
A few things I'm resolving to do this year:
Schedule in self-care
Work on friendships
Make plans to travel
Stretch
