Get outside!

Now that the nice weather is here, I try to take as many opportunities as I can to get outside, even if it is hot and humid.  Some ideas for getting that extra Vitamin D time (except that you know I'll be in the shade):

- I'll go for a walk on my lunch break or just go outside to the nearest bench and sit for awhile

- Spend a few extra minutes at the playground when picking up the kids

- Take my coffee outside in the morning

- Ride my bike to do errands or to get to my workout class

- Get off at an earlier subway stop and walk

- Go camping!! You're guaranteed to spend 100% of your time outside!

- Sit on a patio at a restaurant
